1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 84bd ("84bd", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 84bd website at https://84bd.io and all associated services, products, and features offered through the platform.

By accessing the 84bd platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms apply to all users of the 84bd platform regardless of the device used to access the platform, the payment method used, or the games and betting markets engaged with. 2 Definitions

• "Verification" means the identity and payment verification process conducted by 84bd prior to approving withdrawal requests.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, the official time zone used for all time-sensitive matters under these Terms.

3 Account Registration and Eligibility

To register an account on the 84bd platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 84bd does not permit any person under 21 years of age to register, access, or use the platform in any capacity.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, partnerships, trusts, and other legal structures may not register accounts.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a current employee or contractor of 84bd or any of its affiliated game and technology providers.
• You must not have a previously closed account on the 84bd platform, whether closed voluntarily, by 84bd, or as a result of a self-exclusion request.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information during registration. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held at the time of closure.

Each individual is entitled to hold exactly one active account on the 84bd platform. The existence of more than one account per individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 84bd will close duplicate accounts and may retain any balances held in such accounts pending investigation.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. 84bd will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from 84bd that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

You must not share your account credentials with any third party, allow any third party to access your account, or use a third party's account. Any activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be treated as having been carried out by you personally, regardless of whether or not you authorised the action.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 84bd support at [email protected] immediately so that your account can be temporarily suspended while the matter is investigated. 84bd accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the Player failed to take reasonable steps to secure their login credentials.

84bd employs SSL encryption across all pages and transactions on the platform. New-device logins trigger OTP verification to the mobile number registered on the account. You are responsible for keeping your registered mobile number current and accessible. Failure to maintain an accessible registered number may result in delays accessing your account.

5 Deposits and Payment Methods

84bd currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh-based players:

• bKash — minimum deposit ৳100; credited to the 84bd wallet within seconds of payment confirmation.
• Nagad — minimum deposit ৳100; credited to the 84bd wallet within seconds of payment confirmation.
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank) — minimum deposit ৳100; credited to the 84bd wallet within seconds of payment confirmation.

All balances are held and displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 84bd does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) may apply their own standard transaction fees, which are the responsibility of the Player. 84bd does not control or reimburse third-party payment provider fees.

Deposits must originate from an account or wallet registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to third parties — including family members — are not permitted. 84bd reserves the right to reverse any deposit and suspend the account pending investigation if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a deposit was funded from a third-party source.

84bd does not accept cash, cheque, cryptocurrency, or international wire transfer as deposit methods at this time. The available payment methods may be updated from time to time; the current list is always displayed on the Cashier page of the platform.

6 Withdrawals and Verification

Withdrawal requests on the 84bd platform are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) and the same account number that was used to make the most recent deposit to the account.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 84bd may request a copy of a valid national identity document (NID) and/or a selfie photograph before processing a first withdrawal or any withdrawal above ৳10,000.
• Withdrawal requests submitted before 22:00 BST on a standard day are typically processed within 24 hours. Requests submitted after 22:00 BST may be processed on the following business day.
• Any wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be fully satisfied before the portion of the balance comprising those converted bonus funds can be withdrawn.

84bd reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, 84bd will notify the Player via their registered email address and may request additional documentation before proceeding.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

84bd may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All such promotions are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are only available to players who have a fully verified account and who are in good standing at the time the bonus is credited.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per eligible player unless otherwise stated. Creating additional accounts to claim a promotion multiple times is a serious breach of these Terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met using qualifying real-money bets at the minimum odds or game contribution rates specified in the promotion terms. Bets placed on markets with odds below the minimum qualification threshold will not contribute toward the wagering requirement.
• Bonus funds expire if the associated wagering requirement is not completed within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account automatically.
• 84bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a Player's account at the time of the change.
• Any suspected abuse of a promotion — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine risk — may result in the cancellation of the bonus and, where the abuse is systematic, the closure of the account.

8 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the 84bd sports betting section are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market, as published in the platform's betting rules documentation. The following general principles apply across all betting and gaming products:

• Bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Player after confirmation unless an in-play cash-out option is offered and exercised before settlement.
• 84bd reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered due to a manifest error in the odds, including odds that deviate materially from true market prices as a result of a technical fault.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, the decision of 84bd's trading team is final, subject to the formal complaints procedure outlined in the Support section of this document.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 84bd platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance held at the time of suspension, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place bets or interact with the platform in place of a human user.

• Using the platform to launder money or to process funds derived from illegal activities. 84bd cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial intelligence authorities in relation to suspected money laundering.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome or financial distribution of any game or betting market.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, location, or any other information provided to 84bd at any time.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited, or using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to disguise the true origin of your connection.

10 Responsible Gaming

84bd is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. The following tools are available free of charge to all account holders and can be activated or adjusted from the account settings panel at any time:

• Deposit Limits — Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amount. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders — Configure alerts that notify you when you have been logged in for a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period — Request a temporary suspension of your account for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets.

84bd applies strict age verification checks. Any account found to belong to an individual under the age of 21 will be closed immediately and all funds will be returned to the payment source. 84bd does not knowingly accept wagers from underage individuals.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 84bd platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software, game assets, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 84bd or its licensed technology and content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the 84bd platform without the prior written consent of 84bd or the relevant rights holder. Unauthorised use of 84bd intellectual property may constitute an infringement of copyright, trademark, or other applicable law.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 84bd's total liability to any Player arising from or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player to the platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

84bd shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of the platform, even if 84bd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

84bd does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party service outages (including payment provider outages), or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. 84bd will make reasonable efforts to communicate scheduled maintenance in advance via the platform's announcement channels.

84bd is not responsible for the content, security, or practices of any third-party websites linked from the platform, nor for the performance of third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) or third-party game studios in connection with their respective services.

13 Privacy and Data

84bd collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at https://84bd.io/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

84bd will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Any balance remaining in a closed account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's registered payment method after any outstanding verification requirements have been met.

15 Governing Principles

These Terms are written in the English language. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding the meaning of any provision, the English text of these Terms shall prevail over any translation or paraphrase.
